Hello everyone! Long time no blog, I know! I decided to take last week off and just enjoy being wife to my new husband! That doesn’t mean I don’t have scads of photographs to share with you.

Saturday, May 26th was truly one of the happiest days of my life. I kept my camera at home and allowed our photographer to just do what he does best. While we are waiting for the film to be processed, here are a few instagrams, polaroids, and instax images from our special day.

The night before the wedding, Cory and I had a little late night crafting party! Cory made the boutonnieres,  I made my floral crown (I only burnt myself once with the hot glue gun!) and we worked together on making my bouquet.

For a wedding gift, I made Cory an illustration commemorating our wedding day which we also used to decorate our ceremony space. On the opposite side of the ceremony space we hung a timeline of pictures featuring photos of us growing up and weddings that have taken place in our families.

I wore a 1950′s ballerina wedding dress from Xtabay that features a darling peter pan colar and lots of lace. Cory wore a navy blue bow tie with a plaid shirt, jacket and slacks from J. Crew.

Three of my best friends had fun decorating our car and were kind enough to snap some images with my instax mini. We actually took portraits of each one of our guests that we then used for the guest book which I will be sharing in another post a bit later!

And of course I couldn’t resist taking a polaroid of us as bride and groom.

After the ceremony we all gathered together for brunch and then had drinks with a few close friends. Of course Cory and I snuck in some alone time and walked around the Pearl District where we spent a lot of time when we first started dating. We even saw a rainbow which I believe is a sign of infinite luck for our marriage!
