Since I took a break from blogging last week, I have two weeks worth of photographs to share for my 365 project. I decided to just combine them in one, big, beautiful post! Image overload, I know, but hang in there with me!

Lets start with Week 21:

For this week’s 52, I’m a bride! I truly felt beautiful that day.

And now, week 21 in photographs…

Sunday (May 20th): Three of my dearest friends threw me a little bachelorette brunch. We exchanged gifts, stuffed ourselves silly with carbs and sugar and watched Dirty Dancing. I sure do love those ladies.

Monday (May 21st): The succulents for our wedding arrived from California! We ordered them through Succulents Galore. I highly recommend them.

Tuesday (May 22nd): We have been a tad bit obsessed with the Mio Sushi by our apartment lately.

Wednesday (May 23rd): Macaroon making day! We decided to make macaroons as favors for our guests. I was a little nervous since I had never made them before, but they turned out beautifully! Many thanks to my dear friend Eva who came over and helped sandwich them all up!

Thursday (May 24th): Stopped by Sammy’s Flowers and picked out an assortment of flowers for my bridal bouquet.

Friday (May 25th): Spent the majority of the day resting in preparation for the wedding. Cory and I had a late night crafting session. Neither of us had worked much with flowers before, but we decided to just give it a go and ended up having a lot of fun (and loving the end results!).

Saturday (May 26th): I got married!!! While we are waiting for images from our photographer, you can see a little sneak peek of our special day here.

And now for week 22:

In this week’s 52, I decided to take a step back in time. I got all dolled up, put on my new Xtabay vintage hat and spent the afternoon at Pittock Mansion.

And now, week 21 in photographs…

Sunday (May 27th): My loot from a visit to Paper Source: new Rifle Paper Company Notebooks, thank you cards and a leather bound address book so I can have my own and stop borrowing my mother’s!

Monday (May 28th): It was my first Monday as a Mrs. and we spent the day running errands and grocery shopping. Usually we are forced to grocery shop in a rushed manner but Cory got the whole week off so we got to take all the time we wanted.

Tuesday (May 29th): We went downtown and started the day off with a movie, then pottery painting at Ready, Paint, Fire and we ended the evening with dinner at Pok Pok.

Wednesday (May 30th): After going to a little audition, Cory and I had brunch at Tasty n Sons. I wish I could afford to eat brunch there every single day. We then headed across the street to Pix Patisserie for some after brunch chocolate and macarons. After wandering the neighborhood for a bit, we then went to 23rd and perused the shops and had dessert at Papa Haydn. Full post coming soon.

Thursday (May 31st): After such a busy couple of days, we decided it would be best to stay in and catch up on some household matters, you know, exciting things like laundry and dishes and packing. One fun thing happened, my Birchbox arrived! Full post coming soon.

Friday (June 1st): Cory and I have both lived in Oregon our entire lives no more than a 15 minute drive from Portland and still neither of us had ever been to Pittock Mansion. We decided to finally go! First we headed to the Ace Hotel to get some photo booth shots, had lunch at Kenny and Zuke’s, spent the afternoon at the mansion and then devoured ice cream at Salt & Straw’s new location on 23rd. Full post coming soon.

Saturday (June 2nd): Cory and I finally found the time to plant the succulents we got for the wedding. I also couldn’t resist buying a few more plants to put around the home. I don’t know how I went this long without having plants!
