Happy Halloween everyone! Since Cory works evenings, we celebrated Halloween over the weekend. We spent the morning carving pumpkins. I love how they turned out. This is actually the first time we have gone to a pumpkin patch, picked out pumpkins and carved them together. I’m already looking forward to doing it again next year. We have a tradition of going out to dinner and a movie in our costumes. This year we decided to go as Andy Warhol and Edie Sedgwick. What do you think? I’m lounging by the pool in this week’s 52 trying to soak up the last bit of Summer. The transition from Summer to Fall is always strange for me. I think I just get anxious about preparing the home for winter and getting ready for the rush of holidays. And now, my week in instagrams (via @jade_melissa & @cory_burnsed)… Sunday (September 16th): Plans got changed, so Cory and I decided to spend some time by the pool. Monday (September 17th): An unbelievable sunset. Tuesday (September 18th): Met Kim for ice cream at our beloved Salt & Straw. I’m at Cannon Beach in front of Haystack Rock for this week’s 52. Cory and I took a day trip to the beach this past weekend and the weather was absolutely perfect. I’m dressed for the heat and for an afternoon matinee for this week’s 52. I spent a ton of time outside this week. Must have had to do with the fact that I was cooped up the majority of last week. And now, my week in photographs… Sunday (May 6th): Cory and I took my baby brother to Pok Pok. Can you believe he had never been!? During lunch he had asked if they served dessert which brought up Salt & Straw which he had also never been too.
