This week’s 52 is an ode to the Impossible Project. I love instant film and I hadn’t yet gotten my mitts on their black frame film. These gorgeous shots by Anne McGarry pushed me over the edge to finally pick some up. I am now completely hooked. Showing off my new sunglasses for this week’s 52. What do you think of them? I jokingly tried them on for Cory at Anthropologie and fell in love with them. They were 70% off so I basically had to get them. It was kind of a tough week this week. Don’t get me wrong, there were lots of great moments, I just think I have a bit of the winter blues. I blame it on the crummy weather and loads of school work. I’m grateful for the rain. I’ve lived in Oregon my entire life, which is obviously part of the reason I find rain so calming and comforting. A lot of people who live here complain endlessly about it, but I absolutely love it. I love the way it sounds as it hits the roof and windows. I love the way it makes everything smell so crisp and clean. I love the way it makes an old view look brand new.
