Surrounded by glittering gold in this week’s 52. And now, my week in photographs… Sunday (December 16th): Sipping cocoa and reading fashion magazines surrounded by the glow of holiday lights. Monday (December 17th): December Birchbox! more soon. Tuesday (December 18th): And the holiday baking begins! Wednesday (December 19th): Christmas at Pittock Mansion. Whoa. I’m not sure how it happened, but it’s already Thursday and I haven’t posted my weekly 365! I guess I blame it on the craziness that is the holiday season. Speaking of holidays, Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Cory and I will be spending it at my in laws today. For this week’s 52, I’m hanging out at one of my favorite neighborhood coffee shops. Posing with pumpkins in this week’s 52. And now, my week in photographs… Sunday (October 14th): The hubby and I finally made it to the pumpkin patch. I’m still laughing thinking about how much joy the hayride gave Cory. He didn’t realize there would be free hayrides so when I explained that we had to ride in order to get to the patch, his eyes lit up! I’m almost imaginary in this week’s 52. Ever since the Impossible Project sent me that expired film, I’ve been having a wonderful time taking shots of things I might have otherwise overlooked. And now, my week in polaroids… Sunday (September 9th): Wild mushrooms on a morning walk to the library. Monday (September 10th): My favorite Portland bridge. Tuesday (September 11th): The incredibly lovely, talented and hilarious Kim Miller had me as her second shooter for an intimate wedding ceremony at Opal Creek. I can’t wait to go hiking there again. Week 36 {Project 365}

I’m at Grandma’s Farm in this week’s 52. This week nearly went by without a 365 post. Its been a hectic week. A few years ago, my mom had an aneurysm. Last month she was diagnosed with diabetes. This week we found out she also has crohn’s disease and has a large tumor inside her intestines. A few more tests need to be done before we know if it’s cancerous. Whatever your beliefs may be, please keep my mom in your thoughts and send positivity her way. My lovely mother needs a break from all this hardship. My heart is full of hope. I’m at Cannon Beach in front of Haystack Rock for this week’s 52. Cory and I took a day trip to the beach this past weekend and the weather was absolutely perfect. Sporting my Warby Parkers and taking a walk in our new(ish) neighborhood in this week’s 52. In this week’s 52, I’m wearing one of the gorgeous Dino e Lucia dresses I won in Honey Kennedy’s giveaway! It is slightly too big on me, but with a bit of tailoring, I know it will be absolutely perfect! The color and detailing is so glamorous. I can’t wait to wear it for the holidays. Hello everyone! Long time no blog. The past few weeks have been such a whirlwind. I’ve made it back from Italy safe, sound and full of unbelievably delicious food and wine. I have so much to share from the trip, but first, I need to share week 29 of my project 365 and 52 weeks project. In this week’s 52, I’m sharing this necklace. On this particular afternoon, I randomly decided I wanted to wear a necklace. I love jewelry, but I usually end up wearing the same 3 or 4 favorite pieces over and over again. I decided to change things up. Cory ended up asking where I got it and that’s when I realized I bought it in Venice on my first trip to Italy. Obviously Italy is calling me.
